The number one question in most Americans minds when it comes to health care reform is how do we pay for it.
President Obama in his joint address to Congress last night answered that question. Obama said the plan he was proposing would cost around $900 billion. “Reducing the waste and inefficiency in Medicare and Medicaid will pay for most of this plan,” the president said.
In other words, the president is going to pay for his government-run health plan by cutting waste that was created by another government-run health plan.
